JJ&A 7075-T6 axle shafts are 40mm diameter from end-to-end and wheel hubs can be adjusted to set the desired tracking width. The include a LIFETIME WARRANTY — no questions asked — and are made from 100% USA materials and labor. These axles are Gun-Drilled the entire length with a 19mm hole. (The 26" Drag Axle assembly weighs apprx. 10 lbs!)

All components of all of our carrier-style ATV axle assemblies — no questions asked. Yes, this even includes the axle shaft!

NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY

  1. Damage caused by your de-railed chain. Your chain belongs on the sprocket.
  2. Damage caused by a non-ATV motor. A 3-cylinder motor or a 4-cylinder motor is a perfect example of a non-ATV motor.

Included with all new axle assemblies are the tools needed for adjustments: Proto Snap Ring Pliers and a T-Handle "Allen" Wrench.

APPLICATION NOTES
BANSHEEThe 40mm Banshee axle requires an aftermarket 40mm Bearing Carrier. (Call for additional information.)
LTR450The Suzuki LTR450 axle will fit in to a stock Suzuki Bearing Carrier or any aftermarket billet carrier. It requires a TRX450R brake rotor and we recommend a lightweight wave-style rotor.
TRX250RThe TRX250R Honda axle will fit in to a stock Honda Bearing Carrier or any aftermarket billet carrier.
TRX400EXThe TRX400EX Honda axle will fit in to a stock Honda Bearing Carrier or any aftermarket billet carrier. It requires a Banshee brake rotor and we recommend a lightweight wave-style rotor.
TRX450R<The TRX450R Honda axle will fit in to a stock Honda Bearing Carrier or any aftermarket billet carrier.
RAPTOR 660The 40mm Raptor 660 axle requires an aftermarket 40mm Bearing Carrier. (Call for additional information.)
RAPTOR 700The Raptor 700 axle will fit in to a stock Raptor 700 Bearing Carrier or any aftermarket billet carrier.
